1. Purpose

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Confidentiality Policy outlines how Startup IT Solution Infotech Pvt Ltd handles confidential information shared by clients, partners, and other parties during the course of business engagements.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential information includes but is not limited to: business plans, source code, technical specifications, trade secrets, customer data, financial information, marketing strategies, passwords, and any information marked as confidential.

3. Our Commitment

  • We treat all client information as strictly confidential.
  • Access to confidential information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
  • All employees and contractors sign individual NDAs.
  • Confidential data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Duration of Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect during the engagement and for 5 years after termination of the business relationship, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Exclusions

Information is not considered confidential if it: is already public, was known prior to disclosure, is independently developed, or is required to be disclosed by law.

6. Data Handling

  • Confidential data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers.
  • Regular security audits are conducted to ensure data protection.
  • Upon project completion, data is returned or destroyed as per client instruction.

7. Breach Notification

In the event of any unauthorized disclosure, we will notify the affected party within 48 hours and take immediate corrective action.
