1. Introduction

Welcome to Startup IT Solution Infotech Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Startup IT Solution Infotech Pvt Ltd.
  • "Services" refers to all IT consulting, software development, and related services provided by the Company.
  • "Client" refers to any individual or organization that engages the Company's services.

3. Services

The Company provides IT consulting, software development, web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, AI & automation, and related technology services. The specific scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate agreement or quotation.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals during project execution.
  • Ensure all content and materials provided to the Company do not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created specifically for the Client as part of a project shall become the Client's property upon full payment. The Company retains the right to use generic code, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the project for future projects.

6. Payment Terms

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Projects typically require a 50% advance payment before commencement.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Warranties

The Company warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty for all delivered software, covering defects that existed at the time of delivery.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
